You will love dressing up your salads with this creamy, sweet, and tangy strawberry poppy seed avocado dressing!

Fruity, fresh, and with just the right amount of sweet, this dressing comes together in minutes and instantly makes any salad feel fancy.

ingredients you will need

  • strawberries.
  • Greek yogurt - alternatively, use mayonnaise.
  • olive oil.
  • lemon juice.
  • garlic clove (optional).
  • honey or maple syrup.
  • salt and pepper, to taste.
  • poppy seeds.

how to make it

Add all the ingredients (with exception of the poppy seeds) to a large bowl and blend with an immersion (hand) blender until smooth. Alternatively, use a regular blender or high-speed food processor.

Add the poppy seeds, then stir to combine. Don't forget to scrape out the sides!

  • Thin out the dressing to your desired consistency.
  • I used Greek yogurt because I wanted to have this dressing creamy, while keeping the calories at bay. Feel free to use mayonnaise, if you prefer.

Store any leftover dressing in a sealed container in the fridge for five to seven days. Shake well before using.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 garlic clove optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1½ tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients, except the poppy seeds, to a large bowl and blend with an immersion hand blender until smooth. Alternatively, use a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Process until smooth, stopping to scrape out the sides. Stir in the poppy seeds.
  • Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and keep in the fridge for 5-6 days.
