Add all the ingredients, except the poppy seeds, to a large bowl and blend with an immersion hand blender until smooth. Alternatively, use a high-speed blender or food processor.
Process until smooth, stopping to scrape out the sides. Stir in the poppy seeds.
Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and keep in the fridge for 5-6 days.

Refrigeration and FreezingStore any leftover dressing in a sealed container in the fridge for five to seven days. Shake well before using.
