This Turkish pasta with yogurt is a flavorful and comforting dish. With pasta, beef, and rich paprika butter, it is perfect for a quick, easy, and satisfying meal.
1teaspoonTurkish chili pepper flakes - pul biber(or regular chili flakes)
a handful chopped fresh parsley(to garnish)
chopped tomatoes or some Turkish tomato salad.
Instructions
Add the beef, onion, curry powder, paprika, tomato paste, salt and pepper to a heavy-based pan or skillet. Cook over medium heat until the meat is browned.
While the meat is cooking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Prepare the yogurt sauce by combining yogurt, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter and paprika in a pot under medium heat.
Serve the pasta on a plate, and top with the yogurt sauce and paprika butter. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and parsley or some Turkish tomato salad then serve.

Quick tip: Unless you’re using very lean meat, there’s no need to add oil to the pan, as ground meat is already oily enough.
