Pink Gin Spritz

Ingredients

  • 6-5 raspberries (plus a few more, to garnish)
  • ice cubes
  • 50 ml pink gin (2 shots / 5 cl)
  • 75 ml Prosecco (3 shots / 7.5 cl)
  • 75 ml tonic water or lemonade (3 shots / 7.5 cl)

Instructions

  • Add the raspberries to the bottom of a wine glass and muddle (crush) them, to release their juices.
  • Fill the wine glass generously with ice.
  • Add the pink gin, Prosecco, and tonic water, and then use a cocktail spoon to combine.
  • Sit some 1-2 berries on the glass rim to garnish, then serve. Alternatively, garnish with some raspberries skewered on a lemon slice.
