Ninja Air Fryer Green Beans

These ninja air fryer garlic green beans with Parmesan cheese taste amazing, are tender inside, crispy outside, and make the perfect side dish!

Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh green beans (with the stems removed) (approximately 1 lb)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-3 cloves minced garlic (use more or less, depending on taste)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan grated cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F (or 190 degrees C). In a medium-sized bowl, combine the green beans, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the lemon juice, then combine.

  • Arrange the green beans in a single layer, inside your air fryer basket, and air fry for 8-10 minutes until tender and cooked through. Increase the time if you prefer your green beans more crispy (see notes). Depending on the air fryer model you are using, shake the basket or flip the green beans halfway through cooking.

  • Transfer to a plate, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top, then serve.

Notes

  • Realised that the cooking time is over and your green beans are still not tender or crispy enough? Then simply increase the cooking time in 2-minute increments until the desired level of tenderness or crispiness has been achieved.
