  • cup roasted walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or whole grain
  • a pinch of salt and pepper (or more to taste)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigourously to combine.
  • Serve it with chopped salads, noodles, grilled chicken, meats, or roasted vegetables.
