- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1½ tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or whole grain

Combine all the ingredients in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigourously to combine.
