1cupunsweetened coconut milk(or any plant-based milk)
1cupfrozen blueberries
1frozen avocado
1teaspoon blue spirulina powder
1tablespoonsugar or preferred low-carb sweetener
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed smoothie blender and process until smooth and creamy.
