This air fryer recipe is perfect for anyone looking for delicious garlicky mushrooms with crispy edges. It makes an amazing side dish and only requires a few minutes to prepare!
Transfer the mushrooms and onions to a large bowl.
Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste, paprika, ground garlic, and onion powder.
Transfer to your air fryer basket then air fry at 190°C/375°F for 10-12 minutes shaking the air fryer basket halfway through, or until you get your desired crispiness.
Once cooked, transfer the mushrooms and onions to a plate, and top with the melted butter (or margarine).
Serve immediately and keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
My recipe produces mushrooms that are more crispy on the edges, cut your mushrooms into halves or quarters if you prefer them less crispy.
For some heat, try adding some red pepper flakes.
I used my Ninja foodi air fryer. Where necessary, adjust the cooking time to suit the specific brand of air fryer that you own.
