Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and lemon juice until smooth.
Brush the glaze over the top of each salmon fillet. For the best flavor, marinate the fish in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side down.
Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 7- 9 minutes depending on the thickness, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Ensure the fish has reached an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C) before serving.
Notes
Use an internal read thermometer to check whether your fish is safe to eat - salmon is safe to eat once it reaches an internal temperatue of 145°F (63°C).
