Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussel sprouts (approximately 450g)
  • 2 tablespoon neutral cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt (use more or less, to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Trim the ends, remove outer leaves, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
  • Set the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and preheat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the sprouts into a bowl. Add cooking oil, salt, and pepper and half the balsamic vinegar,. Toss the sprouts to coat evenly.
  • Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
  • Halfway through cooking, drizzle the remaining balsamic vinegar and honey over the sprouts, then carefully shake the basket again.
  • Once done, transfer the sprouts to a bowl. If desired, drizzle with more honey before serving.
