Trim the ends, remove outer leaves, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
Set the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and preheat for 5 minutes.
Add the sprouts into a bowl. Add cooking oil, salt, and pepper and half the balsamic vinegar,. Toss the sprouts to coat evenly.
Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
Halfway through cooking, drizzle the remaining balsamic vinegar and honey over the sprouts, then carefully shake the basket again.
Once done, transfer the sprouts to a bowl. If desired, drizzle with more honey before serving.

Equipment:I used the Ninja Foodi Max Dual Zone Air Fryer. Feel free to use your favorite air fryer to make this recipe, if you do not own a Ninja Foodi.
