Instructions
Line the bottom of your air fryer basket with parchment paper and grease the top for easier cleaning.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, while the air fryer is preheating, soak the salmon in a bowl of room-temperature water (optional).
Make the honey mustard sauce by combining olive oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, and salt.
Pat the salmon fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and apply the honey mustard sauce to the skin side.Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
Cook at 200°C/400°F for 8-9 minutes. After this initial cooking time is over, season the top of the fillets with salt, pepper, and brush with more of the mustard sauce.
Cook for another 7-9 minutes, or until done. Check for doneness with an instant-read thermometer (145°F/63°C).
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with the remaining sauce.
