Ingredients

sourdough bread
(use regular, gluten-free, keto, or your favorite sliced bread)

tablespoon
cottage cheese
1-2
teaspoon
honey
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes.
Spread the cottage cheese on the slice of bread.
Top with the blueberries and drizzle half of the honey on top.
Place inside the air fryer basket and air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 5-6 minutes, or at 180°C (350°F) for 7-8 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer, drizzle the remaining honey on top, and serve warm!
Notes
If you prefer, you can combine honey and cottage cheese in a small bowl before spreading it on the bread.
