This air fryer blueberry cottage cheese toast with honey is quick, protein-packed, delicious, and perfect for breakfast, as a snack, or even dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread (use regular, gluten-free, keto, or your favorite sliced bread)
  • 3 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 1-2 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the cottage cheese on the slice of bread.
    Cottage cheese spread on top of toast.
  • Top with the blueberries and drizzle half of the honey on top.
    Toast topped with cottage cheese, blueberries, and honey ready for air frying.
  • Place inside the air fryer basket and air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 5-6 minutes, or at 180°C (350°F) for 7-8 minutes.
    Bread topped with cottage cheese, blueberries and honey inside an air fryer basket.
  • Remove from the air fryer, drizzle the remaining honey on top, and serve warm!

Notes

If you prefer, you can combine honey and cottage cheese in a small bowl before spreading it on the bread.
