Ninja Air Fryer Broccoli

This air fryer broccoli with mustard sauce is a quick and flavorful way to turn a simple vegetable into a side dish you will actually look forward to eating.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of broccoli about 675g
  • 2-3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer at 360°F or 180°C.
  • Cut your broccoli into bite-sized florets (about 1-1.5 inches long and ¼ inch thick); so approximately 2.5-3.8 cm long and about 0.6 cm thick.
  • In a bowl, toss the broccoli with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the broccoli to your air fryer basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until you obtain your desired level of crispiness.
  • Proceed to make the sauce - add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, melted butter, salt and pepper to taste, and Dijon mustard to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Once cooked, transfer the broccoli to the mustard vinegar sauce. Carefully combine.
  • Serve with your favorite dishes.
