This air fryer broccoli with mustard sauce is a quick and flavorful way to turn a simple vegetable into a side dish you will actually look forward to eating.
Cut your broccoli into bite-sized florets (about 1-1.5 inches long and ¼ inch thick); so approximately 2.5-3.8 cm long and about 0.6 cm thick.
In a bowl, toss the broccoli with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Transfer the broccoli to your air fryer basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until you obtain your desired level of crispiness.
Proceed to make the sauce - add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, melted butter, salt and pepper to taste, and Dijon mustard to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk to combine.
Once cooked, transfer the broccoli to the mustard vinegar sauce. Carefully combine.
