Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas
Weeknight cooking doesn’t get much easier, or more satisfying, than these air fryer chicken fajitas.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 450g or 1 pound ) cut to thin strips
- 1½ red, yellow, green, orange, or a combination of different bell peppers.
- 1 small onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil or preferred neutral-tasting cooking oil
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200° C).
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, fajita seasoning, lemon pepper, add the chicken and vegetables, and toss until evenly coated.
Transfer the seasoned chicken and vegetables to your air fryer basket, and spread it out evenly.
Air fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Serve with warmed tortillas, guacamole, salsa, or your favorite toppings.
