Step 1:

- heat oil in a pot and fry onion until fragrant. - add the beef and cook until browned.

- add water or a low-sodium broth to deglaze the pot. - then stir in one stock cube.

- add the tomato paste, salt, curry powder and the rest of the spices to season, and cook until the meat is slightly tender .
