- Clean the liver, remove any outer membrane coating the liver then soak it in milk or lemon juice (optional step).

- Prepare the flour and spice mixture, coat the liver in it and shake-off any excess flour. - Next, heat oil in a pan and fry the liver on each side until cooked.
