Combine all the ingredients in a pot and allow to simmer, until tender.

Once cooked, remove the clementine peels or rinds. Allow the sauce to cool completely before serving.

Store this paleo and AIP cranberry sauce in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 10 days, and check whether it is still consumable after the first week by looking out for mould.
